Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Hysteria Gaming website and store, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What We Sell

We run a Minecraft server and sell virtual goods through our online store. These include:

• Ranks — in-game rank upgrades with various perks and commands, either permanent or time-limited.
• Items — virtual items delivered directly to your Minecraft account.
• Crates — loot boxes with randomized in-game rewards.
• Currency — in-game money for use on the server.

Everything we sell is virtual. These goods have no value outside of Hysteria Gaming and cannot be exchanged for real money.

3. Who Can Buy

You need to be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve any purchases you make.

4. Payments

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card details.
• Items are delivered to whatever Minecraft username you enter at checkout. Double-check it — we cannot redeliver to a different account if you mistype your name.
• Most items are delivered within seconds of payment confirmation.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds.

Virtual goods are delivered right away and cannot be "returned," so there are no refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchase. This applies to everything in the store — ranks, items, crates, and currency.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, your account may be permanently banned from all Hysteria Gaming services.

6. Your Account

Make sure you enter the right Minecraft username when you log in and check out. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong account because of a typo.

7. Rules

Do not:

• Use the site or server for anything illegal.
• Try to exploit, hack, or disrupt the site or game server.
• Pay with stolen cards or fake information.
• Resell purchased items or accounts to other people.
• File false chargebacks.

8. Bans & Termination

We can ban or suspend your access at any time if you break these rules or cause problems for other players. Banned accounts do not get refunds.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep everything running, but we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or downtime. If something goes wrong with an order, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for that specific item.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or change the store at any time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
